These Terms of Service govern your use of www.gaampi.store and purchases made through GAAMPI.

By accessing the website, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

1. About GAAMPI

GAAMPI is an online retail brand currently operated as an individual proprietorship in India.

GAAMPI currently sells physical consumer products within India.

GAAMPI may operate across multiple product categories. These may include, without limitation:

• Beauty;

• Wellness;

• Personal care;

• Lifestyle;

• Home;

• Accessories;

• Gadgets; and

• Other consumer products.

GAAMPI may introduce, discontinue, modify, or expand product categories from time to time.

2. Website Use

You agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

• Commit fraud;

• Provide intentionally false information;

• Abuse COD services;

• Abuse return/refund processes;

• Interfere with website security;

• Attempt unauthorized access;

• Copy GAAMPI's original website content for commercial use without permission; or

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.

3. Product Information

GAAMPI attempts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability.

However, minor variations may occur, including variations in:

• Colour;

• Packaging;

• Appearance;

• Manufacturing batch;

• Product presentation; or

• Other non-material characteristics.

Customers should review product information carefully before purchasing.

4. Product Suitability

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended use.

For beauty, wellness, cosmetic, personal-care, or similar products, individual results may vary.

GAAMPI does not guarantee a particular personal, cosmetic, aesthetic, or wellness outcome unless an express product-specific guarantee states otherwise.

Customers should follow product instructions and warnings.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase.

GAAMPI may verify, accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Suspected fraud;

• Incorrect information;

• Product unavailability;

• Pricing or listing errors;

• Delivery limitations;

• Failed COD verification;

• Repeated refused deliveries;

• Suspicious ordering behaviour; or

• Other legitimate operational or security reasons.

Where payment has already been received for an order that GAAMPI cancels and a refund is legally due, GAAMPI will process the applicable refund.

6. COD

COD may be available for eligible products, locations, and orders.

GAAMPI may verify COD orders through telephone or WhatsApp.

GAAMPI may restrict COD where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:

• Fake orders;

• Repeated refusals;

• Repeated failed deliveries;

• Fraud;

• Abuse;

• Inaccurate contact information; or

• Other suspicious activity.

7. Pricing

Prices displayed on GAAMPI may change from time to time.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

If an obvious material pricing error is identified before fulfilment, GAAMPI may cancel the affected order and provide any legally required refund.

8. Payments

GAAMPI may accept payments through Razorpay and may offer COD.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

GAAMPI does not request payment authentication credentials such as UPI PINs, passwords, CVVs, or OTPs.

9. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery is generally 3–5 business days after dispatch, although actual delivery times may vary.

GAAMPI may use Shiprocket and applicable courier partners.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless GAAMPI expressly states otherwise.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by GAAMPI's Return & Refund Policy.

That Policy forms part of these Terms.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information;

• Provide a complete delivery address;

• Remain reasonably reachable for delivery;

• Cooperate with legitimate order verification;

• Accept legitimate deliveries;

• Use products according to instructions;

• Not misuse the website;

• Not abuse COD;

• Not submit fraudulent return/refund claims; and

• Not intentionally abuse payment-dispute processes.

12. Fraud and Abuse

GAAMPI may investigate suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.

Where permitted by law, GAAMPI may cancel orders, restrict payment methods, restrict COD, refuse future orders, or take other reasonable measures.

GAAMPI may retain relevant records for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

13. Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback, GAAMPI may provide relevant evidence to the applicable payment provider, bank, card network, or dispute-resolution body.

Evidence may include:

• Order information;

• Payment records received from the processor;

• Order confirmation;

• Customer communications;

• COD verification;

• Shipping records;

• Tracking information;

• Delivery confirmation; and

• Refund/return records.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising a legitimate legal right to dispute an unauthorized transaction.

14. Intellectual Property

GAAMPI's original branding, logo, website content, text, graphics, designs, and other original materials belong to GAAMPI or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

They may not be commercially copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.

15. Website Availability

GAAMPI does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

• Maintenance;

• Hosting problems;

• Technical failures;

• Internet disruptions;

• Security incidents;

• Third-party service failures; or

• Circumstances beyond GAAMPI's reasonable control.

16. Third-Party Services

GAAMPI uses third-party providers including payment processors, logistics providers, advertising platforms, analytics providers, and technology providers.

Such providers may have their own terms and policies.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GAAMPI will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses that may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Where legally permissible, liability relating to a particular product or transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid for the affected product or transaction.

18. Force Majeure

GAAMPI will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, courier disruptions, supplier disruptions, network failures, cyber incidents, or other extraordinary events.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

19. Changes

GAAMPI may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published on the website.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and jurisdictional requirements.

GAAMPI encourages customers to contact customer support before escalating a dispute where the matter can reasonably be resolved through customer service.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising a statutory right.

21. Severability

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

22. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
